REFUND POLICY
Every Marian Paquette bag is handcrafted and made to a high standard. Please read the following before submitting a return or repair request.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, email info@marianpaquette.com. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. A $20 return shipping fee applies to all approved returns.
EXCHANGES
Requests received after the 14-day return window will be considered for an exchange only, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis. All exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Marian Paquette.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@marianpaquette.com so we can make it right.
REPAIRS
Marian Paquette covers the cost of any repair resulting from a manufacturing defect, including loose stitching and broken hardware. Damage resulting from general wear and tear is not covered. All repair determinations are made at the discretion of the brand.
