Refund policy
Marian Paquette pieces are crafted to a high standard. Please read the following carefully before submitting a return or repair request.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@marianpaquette.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
A $20 return shipping fee applies to all returns.
EXCHANGES
Return requests submitted after the 2 day window will only be considered for an exchange, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear.
DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@marianpaquette.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
REPAIRS
Marian Paquette will cover the cost of any repair resulting from a manufacturing error, including loose stitching and broken hardware. Whether the damage is the result of a manufacturing error or general wear and tear is determined at the discretion of the brand. Repairs resulting from wear and tear are not covered.
